Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for all unworn jewelry, provided that all security tags remain intact and the items are in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke commissions and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Client Care team at concierge@jessicamccormack.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within the provided shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and certificates are included.

• 3.
  Complimentary Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup at your convenience or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location using the provided documentation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our London townhouse, our specialists will inspect the piece; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
